DAA ACT Thursday Morning Exercise Class |
Beth Peedom's exercise classes on Thursday mornings at the old YMCA sailing club are excellent and they start at 6.30am for 6.45m warm up and finish at 7.45am.

We do a varied routine each week with emphasis of rotation to keep up our paddling movements. We’d love to see you if you have the time and are well enough. Its lovely and warm in the boat club and a great start to the day. |
