Castel Gandolfo Over 40s were proclaimed World Champions on the waters of Lake Eur after beating the Florence Commune team and the Canadians from Toronto. The Under 18s team from Sardegna, Canottieri di Sabaudia, confirmed its superiority in the competitions, finishing first. In the breast cancer survivor division, first place was won by the Australian team led by Michelle Hanton, spokesperson for Breast Cancer Survivors. Today is the grand final culminating in the last race of 500 metres.
