Penny La Sette & Michelle Hanton participated at 2001 World Dragon Boat Championships in Philadelphia USA as part of Team Australia.

They also paddled as guest paddlers of Pink Phoenix from Portland, Oregon, USA and won GOLD in the Breast Cancer Survivor Division.
